No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to develop training materials related to contact tracing and case investigation during a public health disaster or other public health emergency and post the training materials on DSHS's website. DSHS indicated that the provisions of the bill could be implemented using existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
