No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
This bill would amend the Election Code related to the selection of presidential electors. The bill provides that the Secretary of State (SOS) would serve as the chair of the electoral college.
According to the SOS, the provisions of the bill relating to the agency could be absorbed within existing resources.
