HB4530 by Oliverson (Relating to the reporting of political contributions from a person with a principal address that is located outside this state.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Election Code relating to the itemization of certain political contributions.
 
According to the Texas Ethics Commission, there would be costs to modify the existing Electronic Filing System.  These costs could be absorbed within available resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
