The bill would amend Subchapter B, Chapter 228 of the Transportation Code to prohibit the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to charge a toll, either directly or indirectly through an agreement with another entity, on a specific segment of State Highway 146 in Harris County.

Based on the information provided by TxDOT, no fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
