No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
It is assumed that the costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to the operation of a public school transportation system could be absorbed using existing resources.
Local Government Impact
Districts and counties will no longer have to incur the expense of having interlocal contracts when serving transfer students, but may have additional reporting requirements.
