No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the criminal history record information requirement for applicants of licenses through the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. The agency has indicated that any workload associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished utilizing existing resources.
