SB599 by Perry (Relating to the removal and disposal of abandoned fishing devices and the seizure and disposition of unlawful fishing devices.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would modify the Parks and Wildlife Code to all the Parks and Wildlife Commission to adopt rules in order to remove and dispose of abandoned fishing devices. 

The bill would take effect September 1, 2021. 

Based on information provided by the Parks and Wildlife Department, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished utilizing existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
