No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

It is assumed that the costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to requiring sexually oriented businesses to participate in the federal electronic verification of employment authorization program, or E-verify; creating a criminal offense could be absorbed using existing resources.

This analysis assumes the provisions of the bill addressing sanctions for criminal offenses would not result in a significant impact on state correctional agencies.
