Based on information provided by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, this analysis anticipates no fiscal implications to the State.

Nueces County reports it would use existing facilities to house the Colonias Self-Help Center authorized by the bill; however, the county indicates it would need three staff to operate the center, with estimated salary and benefit costs totaling $116,600 per year.
