No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend Section 721.003 of the Transportation Code to include the Texas Military Department as a state agency or division that is authorized to be exempt from the requirement that the title of the state agency be printed on the agency's state-owned vehicles.
It is assumed the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State.
Local Government Impact
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
