No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Business and Commerce Code by adding Chapter 642 relating to the electronic dissemination of commercial recordings or audiovisual works. 

According to the Office of the Attorney General, any additional work created by the provisions of this bill could be absorbed within current resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
