No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Based upon information provided by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and the Comptroller of Public Accounts, this analysis assumes that the costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to prohibiting certain limitations on the operation of certain alcoholic beverage businesses and organizations that benefit veterans during a declared state of disaster could be absorbed using existing resources.
