SB1111 by Bettencourt (Relating to the residence address of a voter for purposes of a response to a confirmation notice sent by the voter registrar.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Election Code related to the residence address of a voter and would require the Secretary of State (SOS) adopt rules as necessary to implement certain provisions.

According to SOS, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated.

According to the Texas Association of Counties, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated.
