No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Election Code, Government Code, Local Government Code, Tax Code, Property Code, and Transportation Code to provide for address confidentiality on certain documents for certain federal officials and family members of certain federal officials or federal or state court judges.

Based on information provided by the Office of the Attorney General, the Department of Public Safety, and the Office of Court Administration, it is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
