No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require a healthcare provider to provide certain information regarding immunizations when obtaining informed consent from a person authorized to consent to the immunization of a child. The Department of State Health Services indicated it could implement the provisions of the bill within current resources.
