No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to include additional information on immunization accessibility in the biennial legislative report on immunizations and would require health care providers to include certain information in immunization records submitted during a public health disaster. DSHS indicated the provisions of the bill could be implemented within existing resources.
