No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Occupations Code to revise the circumstances under which the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE) may issue a remedial plan for licensees as well as the length of time that a completed remedial plan may remain on a licensee's public record.
