This bill would amend the Election Code relating to delays or cancellations of elections and provides a mechanism for certain court orders related to such delays.

According to the Secretary of State, no significant fiscal impact to the agency is anticipated.

According to the Office of Court Administration, no significant fiscal impact to the state court system is anticipated.
