No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code relating to itemized billing for health care services and supplies provided by health care providers.
 
According to the Office of the Attorney General, any additional work resulting from the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.

According to the Texas Medical Board, no fiscal impact is anticipated from the provisions of the bill.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
