IN RE:	SB2233 by Menéndez (Relating to requiring sexual harassment prevention training and ethics training to register as a lobbyist.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to require certain sexual harassment training to register as a lobbyist.

While the Texas Ethics Commission indicates there would be a cost to the agency related to modification of an existing database, the agency could absorb those costs using existing resources.
