IN RE:	HB1725 by Paul (relating to delivery of ballots by mail.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

The provisions of the bill addressed by this analysis would amend the Election Code as it relates to delivery of ballots by mail. Under the provisions of the bill, in-person delivery of ballots by mail would be prohibited.

This analysis assumes the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant impact on the demand for state correctional resources.
