Pursuant to a notice posted on February 22, 2021, revised on February 24, 2021 and February 25, 2021, and permission granted on March 3, 2021, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Capriglione, at 9:07 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Capriglione; Rose; Dean; Gates; Howard; Johnson, Ann; Johnson, Julie; and Raney.

 

A quorum was present.
