Pursuant to a notice posted on February 19, 2021, suspension of the 5-day posting rule on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, and permission granted on February 24, 2021, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Wilson, at 9:01 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Wilson; Zwiener; Minjarez; Morrison; Stucky; VanDeaver; and Wu.
