Pursuant to a notice posted on February 22, 2021, revised on February 24, 2021, and permission granted on March 3, 2021, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Wilson, at 9:01 a.m.
