Pursuant to a notice posted on April 20, 2021, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Burns, at 12:41 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Burns; Anderson; Bailes; Cole; Cyrier; Guillen; Herrero; Rosenthal; and Toth.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 2850 as pending business.

 

The chair moved that HB 2850, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           None (0).
