Pursuant to a notice posted on April 29, 2021, revised on May 3, 2021, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 3, 2021, and permission granted on May 4, 2021, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, at 7:34 a.m.
