Pursuant to a notice posted on March 19, 2021, the House Committee on International Relations & Economic Development met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Button, at 8:03 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Button; Morales, Christina; Beckley; Bell, Cecil; Canales; Hunter; Larson; Metcalf; and Ordaz Perez.
