Pursuant to a notice posted on February 25, 2021, revised on February 25, 2021, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Chris, at 8:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Chris; Hefner; Lambert; Ordaz Perez; Patterson; and Shine.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

The Business & Industry Committee met to hear invited testimony on issues related to the

committee’s jurisdiction.
