Pursuant to a notice posted on May 27, 2021, and permission granted on May 27, 2021, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Burrows, at 2:00 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Burrows; Craddick; Harris; Hefner; Hernandez; Leman; Patterson; and Slawson.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

Representative Hefner moved to place the following measures: 

 

on the Resolutions Calendar for Saturday, May 29, 2021:  SCR 31, SCR 50.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Burrows; Craddick; Harris; Hefner; Hernandez; Leman; Patterson; Slawson (8).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Moody; Rose; Talarico (3).

 

 

 

 

At 2:01 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
