Pursuant to a notice posted on August 25, 2021, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Burrows, at 9:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Burrows; Moody; Craddick; Harris; Hefner; Hernandez; Leman; Patterson; and Talarico.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

Representative Harris moved to place the following measures:

Representative Leman moved to place the following measures: 

 

on the General State Calendar for Friday, August 27, 2021:  HB 7, SB 7, SB 15.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Burrows; Moody; Craddick; Harris; Hefner; Hernandez; Leman; Patterson; Talarico (9).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Rose; Slawson (2).
