Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on September 1, 2021, and permission granted on September 1, 2021, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Burrows, at 12:19 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Burrows; Moody; Harris; Hefner; Leman; Patterson; Rose; Slawson; and Talarico.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

Representative Leman moved to place the following measures: 

 

on the General State Calendar for Thursday, September 2, 2021:  HB 200.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Burrows; Moody; Harris; Hefner; Leman; Patterson; Slawson (7).

 

Nays:                           Representatives Rose; Talarico (2).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Craddick; Hernandez (2).

 

At 12:20 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
