Pursuant to a notice posted on March 26, 2021, revised on March 29, 2021, the House Committee on Redistricting met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 12:07 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hunter; Rose; Anchia; Minjarez; Morrison; Schofield; Thompson, Senfronia; Turner, Chris; and White.

A quorum was present.

(Representative Murr now present.)

The Committee held a regional hearing on West Texas. Testimony was taken from the State Demographer. The Committee also heard testimony from the public.

At 2:27 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
