Pursuant to a notice posted on March 12, 2021, revised on March 17, 2021, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 17, 2021, and permission granted on March 18, 2021, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 10:52 a.m.
