Pursuant to a notice posted on April 30, 2021, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 30, 2021, and permission granted on May 4, 2021, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Lynn Stucky, at 5:26 p.m.
