Pursuant to a notice posted on May 6, 2021, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Lynn Stucky, at 8:09 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Stucky; Cason; Lopez; Spiller; Stephenson; and Turner, John.

 

A quorum was present.
