Pursuant to a notice posted on May 13, 2021, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Lynn Stucky, at 9:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Stucky; Anderson; Longoria; Spiller; Stephenson; and Turner, John.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out SB 1169.

 

The chair recognized Representative Longoria to explain SB 1169 on behalf of Representative Lucio.

The chair recognized Representative Longoria to close on SB 1169 on behalf of Representative Lucio.

 

SB 1169 was left pending without objection.
