Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 30, 2021, and permission granted on April 30, 2021, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Landgraf, at 1:32 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Landgraf; Dominguez; Goodwin; Kacal; Kuempel; Morrison; and Reynolds.

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 3477 as pending business.

The chair moved that HB 3477, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion failed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Landgraf; Dominguez; Goodwin; Reynolds (4).

Nays:                           Representatives Kacal; Kuempel; Morrison (3).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        Representatives Dean; Morales Shaw (2).

At 1:33 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
