Pursuant to a notice posted on May 19, 2021, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Landgraf, at 1:25 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Landgraf; Dominguez; Dean; Goodwin; Kacal; Kuempel; Morales Shaw; Morrison; and Reynolds.

A quorum was present.

The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which the measure was reported from committee.  The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.

The chair moved that SB 1261, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Landgraf; Dean; Kacal; Kuempel; Morrison (5).

Nays:                           Representatives Dominguez; Goodwin; Morales Shaw; Reynolds (4).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        None (0).

At 1:26 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
