Pursuant to a notice posted on May 6, 2021, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Murphy, at 9:49 a.m.

Representative Parker moved to reconsider the vote by which the measure was reported from committee.  The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.
