Pursuant to a notice posted on December 1, 2022, the House Committee on House Administration met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Metcalf, at 1:06 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Metcalf; Cole; Burns; Klick; Landgraf; Oliverson; and Zwiener.

A quorum was present.

The Chair moved to authorize the executive director of the House Business Office to make available a pool of funds for the purpose of parental leave assistance for employees of members and committees in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined on the Parental Leave Assistance Fund Fact Sheet as distributed to the committee.

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Metcalf; Cole; Burns; Klick; Landgraf; Oliverson; Zwiener (7).

Nays:                           None (0).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        Representatives Anchia; Morales, Eddie; Sanford; Walle (4).

At 1:08 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
