Pursuant to a notice posted on February 24, 2021, and permission granted on February 24, 2021, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Defense & Veterans' Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 2:00 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Raymond; Buckley; Cyrier; Lambert; Lopez; Morales, Eddie; and Tinderholt.

A quorum was present.

Chairman made opening remarks.

(Representative Biedermann now present.)

(Representative Gervin-Hawkins now present.)

Committee heard testimony regarding agencies functions and concerns.

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

At 5:00 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
