Pursuant to a notice posted on February 25, 2021, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Frank, at 8:07 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Frank; Hull; Klick; Meza; Neave; Noble; Rose; and Shaheen.

A quorum was present.

(Representative Hinojosa now present.)

The committee met to hear invited testimony from the following agencies: Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council, Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and Texas Health and Human Services Commission.

At 11:07 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
