Pursuant to a notice posted on April 15, 2021, the House Committee on Human Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Frank, at 8:17 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Frank; Hinojosa; Hull; Meza; Neave; Noble; Rose; and Shaheen.

Representative Neave moved to reconsider the vote by which the measure was reported from committee.  The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.
