On May 4, 2021, the House Committee on Insurance authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Insurance held on April 13, 2021. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 8, 2021, revised twice on April 8, 2021, and April 12, 2021, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 12, 2021, the House Committee on Insurance met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Oliverson, at 12:32 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Oliverson; Israel; and Middleton.

 

A quorum was present for the sole purpose of taking testimony, pursuant to Rule 4, Section 16A.
