Pursuant to a notice posted on August 27, 2021, the House Committee on Insurance met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Oliverson, at 8:23 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Oliverson; Hull; Middleton; and Paul.

 

A quorum was present for the sole purpose of taking testimony, pursuant to Rule 4, Section 16A.

 

The committee met in an organizational meeting to hear invited testimony.
