Pursuant to a notice posted on February 26, 2021, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Leach, at 8:06 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Leach; Davis; Dutton; Johnson, Julie; Krause; Middleton; Moody; Schofield; and Smith.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met to hear invited testimony on issues related to the committee’s jurisdiction.

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 9:55 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
