Pursuant to a notice posted on February 24, 2021, and permission granted on February 24, 2021, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Neave, at 10:05 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Neave; Swanson; Cook; Frank; Leach; Ramos; Talarico; Vasut; and Wu.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

Chair Victoria Neave welcomed the committee and gave introductory remarks and organizational information.

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 12:20 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
