Pursuant to a notice posted on May 6, 2021, revised on May 10, 2021, and an announcement on the House floor on May 10, 2021 to delay the convening time to 9:30 a.m., the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 9:32 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Deshotel; Leman; Craddick; Romero, Jr.; Rosenthal; Spiller; and Thierry.
