Pursuant to a notice posted on May 6, 2021, revised on May 10, 2021, and an announcement on the House floor on May 10, 2021 to delay the convening time to 9:30 a.m., the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 9:32 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Deshotel; Leman; Craddick; Romero, Jr.; Rosenthal; Spiller; and Thierry.

Representative Rosenthal moved that SB 2183, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
