Pursuant to a notice posted on May 18, 2021, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 12:31 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Deshotel; Leman; Biedermann; Burrows; Craddick; Romero, Jr.; Rosenthal; and Spiller.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

SB 487

 

The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which the measure was reported from committee.  The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Biedermann moved that SB 487, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Deshotel; Leman; Biedermann; Burrows; Craddick; Spiller (6).

 

Nays:                           Representatives Romero, Jr.; Rosenthal (2).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).
