Pursuant to a notice posted on April 1, 2021, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Geren, at 1:00 p.m.

Representative Ellzey moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House Calendars Committee: HB 2039. The motion prevailed without objection.
Representative Geren moved that the floor amendment to HB 963 offered by Representative Lozano be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Friday, April 9, 2021. The motion prevailed without objection.
At 1:05 p.m., on the motion of Representative Geren and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
